Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for Satan cannot take my form. Asim says: My father told me that he informed Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a dream. He said: Then you have truly seen him. I said: By Allah! I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Then I mentioned the appearance of Sayyiduna Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), that (the person I saw) resembled Sayyiduna Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him). By Allah! I described him and the way he walked. Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: This appearance indeed resembles the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
