Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated the dream of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I saw that people were gathered and Abu Bakr stood up and drew one or two buckets of water from the well. There was some weakness in his drawing, may Allah forgive him. Then Umar drew water, and the bucket turned into a very large one. I did not see anyone among the people as strong as him. (He drew so much water that) the people made their camels kneel down.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … This is an indication towards the caliphate of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr and Sayyiduna Umar (radi Allahu anhuma). The weakness of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (radi Allahu anhu) refers to the brevity of his period of caliphate. The caliphate of Sayyiduna Umar (radi Allahu anhu) lasted for more than ten years, during which he rendered great service to Islam and the Muslims.
