Hadith 7724

Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Sayyiduna Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Muhammad! Are you ill? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Yes. So he recited this supplication: "In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you from everything that harms you, from the evil of every soul and every envious eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you." (With the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that causes you pain, and from the evil of every soul and every eye. May Allah grant you healing. With the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah for you.)
