Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If there is any good in your methods of treatment, then it is in cupping, or in drinking honey, or in cauterization with fire that is suitable for the illness; however, I do not like cauterization.
