Brief Explanation
Benefits: ... "Sharitah" is that animal whose veins are not cut, nor is it completely slaughtered; rather, only a slight cut is made at the throat and the animal is left, so that it dies while writhing in agony. Since this cruel act was taught by Shaytan and he made it appear attractive, it has been declared the slaughter of Shaytan. Another form of this was that while the animal was still alive, its skin would be removed without cutting its veins, and it would die in this manner.
