The son of Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik narrates that the slave-girl of Sayyiduna Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) was grazing his goats at the foot of Mount Sala', when a wolf attacked one of the goats. However, when the shepherdess found the goat alive, she slaughtered it with a stone. When Sayyiduna Ka'b bin Malik asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about this, he (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted eating it.
