Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that a woman from the family of Ka'b bin Malik was grazing goats at the foot of Mount Sala'. She feared that one of the goats was about to die, so she slaughtered it with a stone. When this was mentioned to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he permitted them to eat it.
