عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ أَهْرَاقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْخَمْرَ وَكَسَّرَ جِرَارَهُ وَنَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِهِ وَبَيْعِ الْأَصْنَامِ
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that when Makkah was conquered, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) poured out the wine, broke its containers, and forbade the buying and selling of it and of idols.
