Hadith 7537

Asim narrated that the one who has stated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) permitted the drinking of nabidh after having prohibited it, that narrator is Mundhir Abu Hassan. He narrated this from Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him). And he used to say that whoever opposed Hajjaj, then he has opposed.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is understood that when the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam declared certain vessels forbidden at the time of the prohibition of wine, their prohibition was temporary. Later, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam permitted their use, as is evident from the ahadith of this chapter.
