حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثَنَا ثَوْرٌ عَنْ رَجَاءِ بْنِ حَيْوَةَ عَنْ كَاتِبِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ أَسْفَلَ الْخُفِّ وَأَعْلَاهُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mughira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) performed ablution and wiped (masah) over both the upper and lower parts of the leather socks (khuffs).
