Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered the house of an Ansari man, and a companion (may Allah be pleased with him) was with him. That man greeted the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with salam. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "Do you have water that has stayed overnight in a waterskin? If so, bring it, otherwise we will drink directly (from the source)." That man was watering his garden. He said: "Yes, I have water that has stayed overnight in a waterskin." He took both of them, meaning the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his companion, under a shelter, poured water into a bowl, milked a domesticated goat into it, mixed it, and presented it. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank, and afterwards the man who was with him drank.
