Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) hosted a disbelieving guest. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that a goat be milked, so it was milked, and the disbeliever drank all of its milk. Then he drank the milk of a second goat, then a third, until he drank the milk of seven goats. When morning came, he became a Muslim. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a goat to be milked, and he drank the milk of one goat. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered a second goat to be milked, but he could not finish the milk of the second goat. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A believer eats in one intestine, and a disbeliever eats in seven intestines."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The meaning is that the disbeliever eats more and the believer eats less. The reason for this is that the believer remains engaged in the means of worship, and his being also receives nourishment due to worship. Furthermore, he knows that the objective of the Shari‘ah is that one should suffice with regard to eating and drinking, and not pursue desires and pleasures. Due to these matters, his small amount of food becomes blessed, whereas the disbeliever is devoid of and heedless to all these matters; his everything is the world, so he remains immersed in its pleasures.
