Hadith 7380

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَرِبَ لَبَنًا فَمَضْمَضَ وَقَالَ إِنَّ لَهُ دَسَمًا
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) rinsed his mouth after drinking milk and said that it contains greasiness.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is narrated from Umm Salamah radi Allahu anha, she states that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: “When you drink milk, then rinse your mouth, for indeed it has greasiness (fat).” (Ibn Majah: 1/181, Sahihah: 1361)
