It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraidah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that Najashi sent two plain black socks as a gift to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) wore them and wiped over them while performing ablution.
