عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُخْتَلِعَاتُ وَالْمُنْتَزِعَاتُ هُنَّ الْمُنَافِقَاتُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Women who seek khula (divorce) and those who demand separation from their husbands are hypocrites.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … By "hypocrite" (munafiq) is meant that she outwardly presents herself as obedient to her husband, but inwardly she is disobedient; therefore, she is a hypocrite (munafiq).
