It is narrated from Sayyiduna Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed more than one prayer with a single ablution. Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: Today you have done an act which you did not use to do before? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: I have done it deliberately.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … According to the narration of Sahih Bukhari, the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam also performed more than one obligatory prayer with a single ablution (wudu) on the occasion of the Battle of Khaybar, before the conquest of Makkah. Sayyiduna Suwayd bin Nu’man radi Allahu anhu narrated this hadith. It is possible that Sayyiduna Umar radi Allahu anhu was not aware of this situation.
