Narrated by Sayyidah Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her): A woman came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah! My daughter is getting married and due to smallpox her hair has fallen out, can I attach hair to her? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah has cursed the one who attaches hair and the one who asks for it to be attached.
