Hadith 706

عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا وَتَمَضْمَضَ وَاسْتَنْشَقَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا وَتَوَضَّأَ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) performed ablution, and he (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) washed his hands three times, rinsed his mouth three times, and put water into his nose three times. In this way, he (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) performed the entire ablution three times each.
