بيان موانع النكاحExplanation of Impediments to Marriage
بَابُ مَنْ دُعِيَ فَرَأَى مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُنْكِرْهُ وَإِلَّا فَلْيَرْجِعْChapter: One Who Is Invited and Sees Something Wrong Should Forbid It, Otherwise He Should Leave
Hadith 7051

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يَقْعُدْ عَلَى مَائِدَةٍ يُشْرَبُ عَلَيْهَا الْخَمْرُ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not sit at a table where wine is being consumed.
