It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Sayyiduna Abu Usaid Sa’idi came and invited the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to his wedding. On that day, his wife was serving as his maid; it was she who had gotten married. He says: Do you know what she served the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to drink? She had soaked some dates in a vessel overnight, (it was that nabidh which she served to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him).
