بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي نِكَاحَ الزَّانِي الْمَجْلُودِ لَا يُنْكَحُChapter: What Has Been Reported Regarding Marriage to a Flogged Adulterer Is Not Permitted
Hadith 7008

عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ الزَّانِي الْمَجْلُودُ لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا مِثْلَهُ
It is narrated from Saeed bin Abi Saeed Maqbari that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A person who has been punished for adultery does not marry except with someone like himself.
