It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Aflaḥ, the brother of Abu Qu‘ais, sought permission to come to me, but I refused. When the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) arrived, I said: O Messenger of Allah! Aflaḥ, the brother of Abu Qu‘ais, sought permission to come to me, but I did not allow him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allow him to come. I said: The woman nursed me, not the man? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: May your right hand be covered in dust! Allow him to come, he is your foster-uncle.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Every woman who is prohibited due to lineage is also prohibited in the same way due to suckling (radā‘ah). The details of these women are: mother, daughter, sister, paternal aunt (phuphi), maternal aunt (khala), niece (brother’s daughter), niece (sister’s daughter).
The same details apply to these women as are mentioned regarding those prohibited by lineage, that is, not only the foster (radā‘ī) mother will be prohibited, but also her mother, her grandmother, and all the mothers above her in the lineage will be prohibited. Similarly, if the foster (radā‘ī) daughter is prohibited, then foster granddaughters (through sons and daughters), and the daughters of those granddaughters, all the way down, will also be prohibited.
In the Noble Qur’an, only the prohibition of foster mothers and foster sisters is mentioned; the remaining details are explained in the blessed ahadith.
