عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَشْتَرِطُ امْرَأَةٌ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No woman should stipulate the divorce of her sister.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … That is, if a husband wishes to marry more than one wife, the new wife to be should not set the condition that he must divorce the wife who is already present.
