عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُنْكَحُ النِّسَاءُ لِأَرْبَعٍ لِمَالِهَا وَجَمَالِهَا وَحَسَبِهَا وَدِينِهَا فَاظْفَرْ بِذَاتِ الدِّينِ تَرِبَتْ يَدَاكَ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Women are married for four reasons: wealth, beauty, lineage, and religion. So succeed with the one who possesses religion, may your hands be dusted.

Benefits: … In Islam, the fear of Allah and righteous deeds hold the greatest importance. The most honored in the sight of Allah is the one who fears Him the most. Therefore, a pious and religious woman should be given preference; in this lies the goodness and well-being of both religion and worldly life.
