Hadith 6833

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُبِّبَ إِلَيَّ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا النِّسَاءُ وَالطِّيبُ وَجُعِلَ قُرَّةُ عَيْنِي فِي الصَّلَاةِ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Women and perfume have been made beloved to me from this world, and the coolness of my eyes is in prayer.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The reasons for the Prophet’s (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) love for women are that these women were his wives, who conveyed his (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) private matters to the Ummah, and on the Day of Resurrection, the abundance over which the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) will take pride will have been produced by women.
