It is narrated from Abu Wadaak, he says: I have not drunk nabidh since I heard this hadith from Sayyiduna Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him). He says: A man was brought to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and people informed that he was intoxicated. He said: I only drank after putting dried grapes and dates in a gourd vessel. In any case, he was beaten with shoes and pushed with hands, and the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade drinking by mixing dried grapes and dates in a gourd vessel.
