بَابُ حَدَ شَارِبِ الْخَمْرِ وَكَمْ يُضْرَبُ ؟ وَبِأَيِّ شَيْءٍ يُضْرَبُ؟Chapter: The Hadd for Drinking Alcohol, How Many Stripes, and With What Is He Beaten?
Hadith 6783

(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَخَلَّلُ النَّاسَ يَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ، يَسْأَلُ عَنْ مَنْزِلِ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ فَأُتِيَ بِسَكْرَانٍ فَأَمَرَ مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ أَنْ يَضْرِبُوهُ بِمَا كَانَ فِي أَيْدِيهِمْ
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passing among the people on the day of Hunayn and inquiring about the house of Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him). Meanwhile, a drunkard was brought to you, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the people with him to strike him with whatever was in their hands.
