It is narrated from Sayyiduna ‘Ubada bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Strive (do jihad) for the sake of Allah against those who are near and those who are far, and do not care about the blame of any blamer for the sake of Allah, and establish the limits set by Allah in residence and on journey.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The traveler is not exempt from the limits (hudud) of Allah Ta’ala; however, it is understood from the first hadith of this chapter that in the case of a journey for battle, there is a concession to delay the implementation of the prescribed punishment (hadd).
