Hadith 6749

عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: ((مَنْ زَنَّى أَمَةً لَمْ يَرَهَا تَزْنِي، جَلَدَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بَسْوْطًا مِنْ نَارٍ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever accuses his slave-girl of adultery, while he has not seen her committing adultery, then on the Day of Resurrection, Allah Almighty will punish him with a whip of fire.

Benefits: … Whether it is a free woman or a slave woman, to accuse any of them is a major sin. From the ahadith mentioned in the upcoming chapter, one will realize the severity of this sin.
