عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يُبَاشِرُ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: A man should not touch his body with another man in a single garment.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It is prohibited for a woman to lie naked with another woman, or a man with another man, under a single blanket or cloth, because this leads to lack of modesty, indecency, and the emergence of impure thoughts. In some cases, there is even the danger that this may lead to the commission of a major forbidden act.
