Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In any case, when abstaining from such prohibited matters, a believer feels a pleasure and sweetness in his temperament. The reason for this is that avoiding the unlawful is among the greatest forms of worship, and thus, while doing so, one experiences a sense of closeness to Allah Ta'ala and an increase in love for the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. The inevitable result of this is that the temperament feels joy and happiness.
