بَابُ لَا يُقْتَلُ وَالِدٌ بِوَلَدِهِ، وَمَا جَاءَ فِي قَتْلِ الْإِثْنَيْنِ بِالْوَاحِدِChapter: A parent is not killed for his child, and what has been reported regarding killing two for one

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا يُقَادُ لِوَلَدٍ مِنْ وَالِدِهِ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Retaliation (qisas) will not be taken from children for (killing) their parents.
