عَنْ أَبِي بُكَرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا مُعَاهَدَةً بِغَيْرِ حِلِّهَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ أَنْ يَجِدَ رِيحَهَا))
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever kills a person under a treaty without any justification, Allah will make the fragrance of Paradise forbidden for him.
