Under this chapter, the following sub-chapters and hadiths have been mentioned.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me to Yemen as a judge. I said: O Messenger of Allah! You are sending me to a people who are experienced, while I am still a young man and have no experience in judging. Upon hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) placed his blessed hand on my chest and said: O my Allah! Make his tongue steadfast and guide his heart to the right path. O Ali! When two disputing men come to you, do not pass judgment in favor of one without listening to the other, for if you listen to both in this way, the decision will become clear to you. Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says: After that, I never fell into any doubt or confusion when making a decision.
