Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Bribery: It is the sum of money given to someone in order to invalidate a right, establish a falsehood, or fulfill one’s own interest. For example, giving money to a judge to provide protection to a murderer, giving money to an examiner to obtain higher marks in an examination, violating a contract made with one’s company in exchange for money, not fulfilling one’s responsibility after taking money, and so on.

Among the causes that prevent a person from fulfilling his responsibilities and duties, one major cause is bribery. This is such a pernicious disease that, in an imperceptible manner, has spread among most employees, especially in positions related to the judiciary. We ask Allah Ta’ala for well-being.
