بَابُ مِيرَاتِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ وَالزَّانِيَّةِ مِنْهُمَا وَمِبْرَائِهِمَا مِنْهُ وَانْقِطَاعِهِ مِنَ الأبChapter: Inheritance of the son of a woman accused of adultery and the adulteress from each other, and their disconnection from the father
Hadith 6374

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ أَنَّهُ يَرِثُ أُمَّهُ وَتَرِثُهُ، وَمَنْ قَفَاهَا بِهِ جُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ، وَمَنْ دَعَاهُ وَلَدَ زِنًا جُلِدَ ثَمَانِينَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the verdict regarding the child of a couple who performed li'an that the child will inherit from his mother and the mother from the child. But whoever accuses the woman of adultery will be given the prescribed punishment of eighty lashes, and whoever calls her child the child of adultery will also be given the prescribed punishment of eighty lashes.
