بابُ فِي أَنَّ الْأَنْبِيَاءَ علیہم السلام لِيْ لَا يُورَثُونَChapter: That the Prophets (peace be upon them) do not leave inheritance
Hadith 6348

(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا وَفِي لَفْظٍ وَلَا دِرْهَمًا مَا تَرَكْتُهُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَؤُونَةِ عَامِلِي يَعْنِي عَامِلَ أَرْضِهِ فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: My heirs cannot inherit from my estate in the form of dinars and dirhams; whatever I leave behind after providing for my wives and the workers of my land, it will be charity.
