Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Some of the Maliki scholars have said that if the amount of wealth is small, one should refrain from defensive confrontation. Although the texts are general and do not specify a small or large amount, if the principle of choosing the lesser harm is considered, it becomes evident that one should be patient over the loss of a small amount of wealth and not endanger one's life.

Similarly, if the injustice of seizing wealth is from the ruler, then one should also be patient.
