بَاب دَفْعِ الصَّائِلِ وَإِنْ أَذًى إِلَى قَتْلِهِ وَأَنَّ الْمَصُولَ عَلَيْهِ يُقْتَلُ شَهِيدًاChapter: Repelling an aggressor, even to the point of killing, and that the victim is considered a martyr
Hadith 6218

عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
Narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is killed while protecting his wealth is a martyr.
