It is narrated from Sayyiduna Rafi‘ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever cultivates someone’s land without his permission, he will not receive anything from the produce of the crop, but his expenses will be returned to him.
