بَابُ مَنِ اعْتَصَبَ أَوْ سَرَقَ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَلَوْ قِيْدَ شير أو ذراعChapter: One who seizes or steals something from land, even a span or a cubit
Hadith 6197

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أَخَذَ شَيْئًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ظُلْمًا خُسِفَ إِلَى سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever seizes someone’s land unjustly will be made to sink down through seven earths.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … It appears that being sunk (into the ground) or being made to wear a collar (of fire) will occur. Different usurpers will receive different punishments.
