Narrated from Sayyiduna Amr bin Yathrabi Dumari (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I was present at the sermon of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in Mina. In the sermon that you (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered, you also said: It is not lawful for any man to take his brother's wealth except that which he gives willingly. Hearing this, I submitted: O Messenger of Allah! Please clarify this matter, for I see my nephew's goats and I take one of them and slaughter it—will this be a burden for me? The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you find the goat or sheep in such a state that it is carrying a knife and a flint, even then do not touch it.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The meaning of the last sentence is that even if, along with the goat, the instruments for slaughtering and then the equipment for roasting it are also present, still you cannot take it. This is an emphatic expression of its impermissibility.
