بابُ فَضْلِ مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مِيتَةًChapter: The virtue of one who revives dead land
Hadith 6161

وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَحَاطَ حَائِطًا عَلَى أَرْضٍ فَهِيَ لَهُ
It is also narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever surrounds a piece of land with a wall, it will belong to him.
