(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَفْلَسَ فَوَجَدَ رَجُلٌ عِنْدَهُ مَالَهُ وَلَمْ يَكُنِ اقْتَضَى مِنْ مَالِهِ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ
(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: If a man becomes insolvent and one of his creditors finds his property with him, and he has not received anything from its price, then that property will belong to him.
