بَاب مَنْ وَجَدَ سِلْعَتَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ اِبْتَاعَهَا مِنْهُ وَقَدْ أَفْلَسChapter: One who finds his goods with a man who bought them from him and has become bankrupt
Hadith 6073

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ وَجَدَ عَيْنَ مَالِهِ وَفِي لَفْظٍ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِمَّنْ سِوَاهُ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever finds his own property and goods with a person who has become bankrupt, then he has more right to it than the other creditors.
