باب مَا جَاءَ فِي التَفَاضُلِ وَالنَّسِيئَةِ فِي غَيْرِ الْمَكِيْلِ والمَوزُون وبيع اللحم بالحيوانChapter: What has been reported regarding disparity and delay in non-measured and non-weighed items, and selling meat for live animals
Hadith 5998

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade trading one animal for another on credit.
