عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَتَفَرَّقُ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The two men engaged in trade should separate with mutual consent.

Benefits: … The command of Allah the Exalted is: {یٰاَیُّّھَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَاتَاْکُلُوْا اَمْوَالَکُمْ بَیْنَکُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ اِلَّا اَنْ تَکُوْنَ تِجَارَۃً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِّنْکُمْ} … “O you who believe! Do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly, except that it be trade by mutual consent among you.” (Surah An-Nisa: 29)
