It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The two men engaged in trade should separate with mutual consent.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The command of Allah the Exalted is: {یٰاَیُّّھَاالَّذِیْنَاٰمَنُوْالَاتَاْکُلُوْااَمْوَالَکُمْبَیْنَکُمْبِالْبَاطِلِاِلَّااَنْتَکُوْنَتِجَارَۃًعَنْتَرَاضٍمِّنْکُمْ} … “O you who believe! Do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly, except that it be trade by mutual consent among you.” (Surah An-Nisa: 29)
Commercial transactions depend upon the mutual consent of both parties.
