بَابُ النَّهْي عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّجْشِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيْهِ إِلَّا فِي الْمُزَايَدَةِChapter: Prohibition of najsh (artificially inflating prices) and selling over the sale of one’s brother except in auction
Hadith 5903

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَبَايَعُوا بِالْحَصَاةِ وَلَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَلَا تَبَايَعُوا بِالْمُلَامَسَةِ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not sell by throwing pebbles, nor practice Najsh (artificially inflating prices), nor trade by Mulamasah (touching without seeing).
