Hadith 5660

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the general supplication of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to be: "O Allah! Forgive me for what I have done unintentionally, what I have done deliberately, what I have done secretly, what I have done openly, what I have done out of ignorance, and what I have done knowingly." (O Allah! Forgive for me those sins which I committed unknowingly, those which I committed deliberately, those which I committed in secret, those which I committed openly, those which I committed out of ignorance, and those which I committed knowingly.)
