It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was standing at the place of Arafah making supplication in such a manner that he had raised his hands to the level of his chest and the inner part of his palms was facing towards the ground.
